Very good the attention of the garzon, space and quite good food, prices 25% higher, than the average of the premises that are on the waterfront.

It is a place, quite nice, it has a variety of pizzas and pastas on its menu. They comply with COVID protocols. The staff at the place are friendly, but over the top. Waiting times are short, and quality price is worth it.

Slow attention and food is expensive for what it is. I ordered a pizza with buffalo mozzarella and it had as a half boconcinno on the dough, plus the mozzarella on the base did not even stretch.

Wonderful pizza... One of the best I've eaten. Just in front of the lake. Also in the back yard is La Fabrica with all kind of amazing pastas to take home. There is also a good parking.

Exquisite pasta !!!! I think I have no words to express the delight! We tried: fettuccine with Alfredo, Sorrentino with and Bolognese, spinach ravioli with fresh tomato and basil and a cornelia pizza (it seems). Too rich everything

Terrible experience in this place, since we arrived they treated us lousy, they served us the food in disposable aluminum container being in a supposedly quality restaurant, we did not order take away, we were sitting receiving a service, we asked for salt and they told us they did not have it, Everyone who goes to an Italian restaurant is essential to have salt, pepper and parmesan, to make that statement they threw the tip money and told us that he left us one more Luca, a total rudeness, the person who attended us had no type of education or experience for customer service, it was unpleasant they ruined our time, they did not want to return our money when we did not eat because of the bad attention. I hope that the person who goes does not happen the same because it was very unpleasant all the people who were also around us were complaining about the attention, a lady told her get out of here, the lady was waiting to be treated, it was terrible, Nobody I was satisfied, that poor quality of the guy who supposedly was the owner, according to what he told us.

Today I had the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, horrible attention from minute 1, from the start they did not serve us the food on plates, only on some delivery plates, I ask for salt and pepper, the guy's answer is no We use pepper shakers and salt shakers. We expressed our annoyance at the poor service by telling him that we had already paid a tip, the guy goes and throws the tip in our faces saying "take the tip and something else even", to which we stopped and faced him for the misplaced thing, besides saying that it is the owner which in my opinion aggravates the lack even more, in any case I did not believe him that he is the owner because a treatment as bad as that is not from an owner. The other people at the other tables tell us that I also treat them badly by serving them. Horrible experience, we asked him to return the money since we did not eat because of the bad time and he refused.

Very tasty pizza! We didnt wait long to get sited. We liked it a lot. We visited this place in the begining of January and there were mostly tourists having dinner there. Overall we had a good time the service was good and friendly and the pizza was tasty..

Is a very good local level. exquisite food. The pizzas are spectacular. Very professional attention. Everything clean and well rendered. Prices are according to the local and what it offers. Highly recommended for the discerning tourist.

Probably the best italian food I had so far in Chile, thus also a bit pricey. Friendly staff, very clean and a nice view over the lake. There are parking lots behind the building.

As always, great service and delicious food beside the lake. Warm and cozy restaurant for families. Parking available inside.

Excellent food, superb service

Delicious food, great view, excellent service. Kids shared a pizza, hubby had smoked salmon on brochetta and I ate hake prepared in a Veracruz-style (tomatoes, olives, capers) served with potatoes that were baked or pan fried, but certainly not greasy. Everyone devoured their food, I can only speak for mine, it was divine. The bathroom was quite lovely with a shared washing-up area with what appears to be real tree trunks and a sign reading that love is sweet.

Like most places in Puerto Varas, the staff was friendly and helpful. Also like most places in Puerto Varas, this place was overpriced and utterly mediocre in quality. You pay what you would in a major city in Western Europe or the US and get food that's at best on par with an Olive Garden in a South Carolina strip mall. We paid just under 40,000 pesos (~$60 at the current exchange rate) for a mediocre pizza, one appetizer and three drinks. By Puerto Varas' miserable standards this place is probably a solid 4 stars. By the standards of anywhere except the world's worst tourist traps this place would be a 1-2 stars, and those two stars mostly just because the staff was nice all around.

What a wonderful place! Attentive and kind service. Menu hearty in variety and super, super tasty our requests. I wish I had gone more often but the time was short. Strongly advise visitors to Puerto Varas

Excelent !! We are in a party of 18, they attended us perfectly !! The pizza are delicius , I recommend Di Mare Sebastián and Contadino !

Great experience, even thought the tables for two persons are in short supply and located in uncofortable places. (E.g next to the kitchen door, where waiters come in/out al the time ??‍♂️)

Open patio close to the lake, but separated just enough to avoid feeling overwhelmed by traffic. The food was tasty & drinks ok. The lemonade was very tart and seems to have been prepared by blending an entire lemon, skin and all. The service was good and atmosphere pleasant.
